PURCHASE TERMS AND PAYMENT METHODS
On the online store www.kuul27.com, you can only order products presented on the website www.kuul27.com.
All KUUL27 products available for order through the site have clearly indicated prices, descriptions, and images that are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the original product.
All prices are expressed in dinars. At the time of ordering, the price displayed at the time of purchase is the applicable price. All prices are current and regularly updated.
For the purchase confirmation to be possible, the buyer must agree to the general terms and conditions outlined in this document.
PAYMENT METHODS
Orders placed via www.kuul27.com can be paid online or by cash on delivery.
ONLINE PAYMENT
In case of online payment, we accept payment by the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Dina.When paying by card, after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the CorvusPay payment system, where you will enter your card details and complete the payment. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to the page with a notification confirming the payment. If the payment fails, you will be redirected to our page with information about the failed payment. KUUL 27 uses an advanced system for secure card payments online, including the card processor Raiffeisen Bank and CorvusPay Internet payment service by Corvus Info d.o.o. CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card details from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment details are encrypted and sent from your browser to Banka Intesa. Our store never comes into contact with your full payment card information. Furthermore, this data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay system employees. The payment form for entering card details is secured with the highest level SSL encryption. All stored data is further protected by encryption using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all security requirements for online payments set by leading card brands and operates in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard, the highest security standard in the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, your bank will additionally verify your identity using a token or password, in addition to the card’s validity. When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in an encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Payment security during the purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. At no point are payment card details available to our system.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery means direct payment of the order (product and delivery) to the courier at the delivery address. This payment method is only available for deliveries within the Republic of Serbia.
CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). For informational purposes, the prices in other currencies are displayed using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price displayed on our website.
DELIVERY TERMS AND METHODS
After confirming the purchase, your order enters the processing status in which it is determined whether the requested item is available. Product availability on the website www.kuul27.rs is subject to change due to handcraft production and limited quantities. After verifying the status of the purchased item, KUUL 27 will notify you about the status of your order. If, for any reason, it is impossible to deliver the products included in the order, KUUL 27 will contact you and refund the amount you paid for the unavailable product.
DELIVERY METHODS
WHERE WE SHIP
Products are shipped to all locations worldwide. Orders with the cash on delivery payment option are only delivered within the territory of Serbia. Delivery of items to all other locations worldwide is possible, but only after the purchase has been completed via credit cards on the website.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is received. Preparation for delivery takes place on working days. All orders are shipped within 4-10 days.
Deliveries to other countries can be expected within 2 weeks (excluding potential customs delays). If you are placing an order from abroad, the buyer will bear the cost of delivery in accordance with the courier service’s price list, as well as any potential additional charges such as taxes and customs duties for the country to which the product is being delivered. The delivery time is for informational purposes and is not part of the contract.
PICKING UP THE PACKAGE
The courier service delivers packages on working days between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package during this time. If you are unable to receive the package, you can redirect it to a parcel machine near you.When picking up the package, it is important to visually inspect the package to ensure there are no visible damages.
If the courier cannot find you at the address, the order will stay at the courier’s warehouse for a shorter period before being returned to us. Once the package is returned, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for a re-shipment.
DELIVERY COST
The cost of delivery for all orders depends on the delivery location as well as the value and weight of the purchased products.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can request a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Product returns are handled exclusively via courier service, as follows:
- 1. Notify us by email at hello@kuul27.com
- 2. Fill out the Contract Cancellation Form, which we will send to your email address.
- 3. Package the product in its original packaging with the accompanying documentation, receipt, and ensure the package is protected from potential damage.
- 4. Send it via courier to our address, at the sender's expense.
- 5. After we receive the package and confirm that there are no signs of use and that the product is not damaged, we will process your refund request.
The buyer has the right to cancel and return products boughtm within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal is exercised by filling out the Cancellation Form and sending it to the seller within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
In case of contract cancellation, the buyer is obligated to return the goods in adequate packaging, without damage and signs of use. Otherwise, KUUL 27 is not obligated to refund the purchase price. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
If the contract is canceled by the buyer within the given period, KUUL 27 is obligated to refund the purchase price within 14 days from the date of receiving the unilateral declaration of the buyer’s cancellation, provided the buyer has returned the goods in adequate packaging, without damage or signs of use.
In the case of a product return and refund for a payment made with a credit card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, KUUL 27 is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA or MC payment methods. This means that the bank, upon the seller's request, will process the refund to the cardholder's account.
